Ants
Kitchen trails, yard mounds, and the seasonal push along the front. Say whether they are inside, outside, or both.
Spiders
Webs in corners, garages, and exterior eaves. Household spiders are part of a normal visit.
Beetles
Beetles that move in with heat, irrigation, or a cold snap. Tell me where you are finding them.
Roaches
Kitchens, mechanical rooms, and multiunit buildings where they travel between units. The sooner you call, the tighter the job stays.
Termites
I treat for termites. If you have mud tubes, swarmers, or soft wood, call and describe what you found.
Wasps and hornets
Nests on eaves, play areas, and anywhere people have to walk past. Tell me how close the nest is to people or pets so I can plan the stop.
Mice and rats
Droppings, night noise, and the gaps they use to get in. Homes and commercial buildings both. Say what you have seen.
And the rest
Boxelder bugs, earwigs, silverfish, and the other invaders that come with Wasatch Front weather. I can treat for nearly every pest there is. If it is chewing, nesting, or trailing, call.
